Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join a leading general cargo logistics company in Myanmar. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing long‑term partnerships, and driving revenue growth across both local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new customers, establishing strong, lasting relationships.
• Maintain and expand partnerships with carriers, suppliers, and other logistics stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, international regulations, and compliance requirements to advise clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven sales experience in a logistics or cargo environment within Myanmar.
• Familiarity with both local and international logistics operations.
• Fluency in English and Myanmar language is an advantage.
