Recruitment Service Officer

About the role

The Recruitment Service Officer supports end‑to‑end hiring for operational and entry‑level positions, ensuring timelines and company standards are met. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding and offer administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment for operational and entry‑level positions based on approved requests.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk‑ins and other channels.
• Screen resumes and applications against job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and support mass hiring activities.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring records.
• Assist with salary communication and offer administration within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate pre‑employment medical examinations and ensure completion of hiring documents.
• Support job fairs, recruitment events and talent attraction initiatives.
• Assist with pre‑onboarding activities and employee data preparation.
• Follow up with candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Experience in operational hiring, retail, FMCG, food manufacturing or high‑volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, job portals, ATS, HRIS and MS Office applications.
