Program Coordinator

About the role

The Program Coordinator will lead and coordinate entrepreneurship support projects, working under the Operations Manager to plan, implement, monitor, and report on initiatives that empower MSME owners, especially women and youth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project implementation activities, including field visits and progress monitoring.
• Organize and facilitate in‑person training, workshops, and events for partners, CSOs, CBOs, and beneficiary networks.
• Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to MSME owners, guiding them on digital tools and business development resources.
• Manage project data, documentation, and reporting requirements, and identify risks or emerging needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in entrepreneurship, livelihood or MSME development programs.
• Intermediate English communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Strong digital literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and other digital collaboration tools.
