Pest Control Supervisor (Mayangone)

About the role

The Pest Control Supervisor will lead on‑site pest management operations for both residential and commercial clients in Mayangone. Reporting to management, you will ensure service quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction while coordinating a field team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily work schedules for pest control technicians.
• Supervise field teams, monitor performance and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site inspections, review treatment plans and analyse service reports to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with clients to address service issues and maintain clear communication.
• Prepare basic operational and financial reports and keep accurate documentation.
• Support training and development of team members on procedures, safety and pest control techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in pest control, facility services or a related field.
• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset to review service data and support decision‑making.
• Effective communication skills for client and internal interactions.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mayangone and adapt to changing operational needs.
