Media Manager – Digital, Social & CRM

About the role

The Media Manager – Digital, Social & CRM will own the full media strategy for the company across digital, social, TV, OOH, radio and other channels in Myanmar. The role combines deep digital expertise with integrated media planning and builds a consumer‑focused CRM model from initial setup to scaled adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern the annual and campaign media strategy, setting audience priorities, channel roles and investment recommendations.
• Lead integrated media planning, buying standards, reach‑frequency targets and cross‑channel coordination, challenging both digital and offline plans.
• Oversee paid media planning and optimisation, working directly in advertising platforms and managing agency performance.
• Design, launch and scale a permission‑based CRM journey, from pilot to multi‑brand implementation.
• Establish marketing data standards, dashboards and insights by linking media, CRM, research and sales data.
• Manage budgets, evaluate media efficiency and negotiate agency/vendor contracts.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of progressive media or digital marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer businesses.
• Strong understanding of Myanmar consumer behaviour, local‑language content and GT retail realities.
• Proven experience setting up a CRM model (0‑1) and scaling it across brands and touchpoints (1‑10).
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams including Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, IT and external partners.
