Marketing Manager - Energy Segment Brands

About the role

The Marketing Manager – Energy Segment Brands drives growth, brand strength and execution excellence for energy drink brands within the Beverage Business Unit. The role leads day‑to‑day marketing, translating BU and Group strategy into brand plans, campaigns, consumer activation and innovation delivery in Myanmar.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual brand plans and define brand roles within the Energy portfolio.
• Lead full‑funnel campaign execution across ATL, BTL, digital, OOH, events and retail activation.
• Track brand performance, manage A&P budgets and ensure commercial outcomes such as trial and volume delivery.
• Support consumer research, create innovation briefs and drive new product development from concept to launch.
• Convert brand plans into execution toolkits, conduct market visits and close gaps between strategy and field execution.
• Coach junior marketers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D and Finance.

Required profile

• 8‑11 years of progressive FMCG marketing experience.
• Experience in beverages, energy drinks or similar high‑velocity consumer categories.
• Strong understanding of Myanmar GT‑heavy retail structure, fragmented distribution and youth culture.
• Proven track record in campaign development, event activation, sponsorships and digital content management.
