Marketing Assistant – Brand Activation & Events

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our brand activation and event initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring marketing campaigns to life and ensure they align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand activation campaigns in line with overall marketing plans.
• Manage printing, production, and installation of marketing materials.
• Support the planning and execution of events, product sampling, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all activation activities follow brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign implementation across stores and events, and prepare feedback and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee smooth execution of marketing activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of office work experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree holders or current university students are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
