Maintenance Planner

About the role

The Maintenance Planner will coordinate the factory technical team to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring machine efficiency and product quality. This role works closely with maintenance specialists, spare‑parts planners and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain maintenance plans (monthly, weekly, daily) in line with global standards and reflect them accurately in SAP PM.
• Develop and implement time‑based (TBM) and condition‑based (CBM) preventive maintenance programs for all production lines.
• Analyse maintenance data using SAP PM, Power BI and other analytics tools to identify gaps, optimise intervals and reduce spare‑parts safety stock.
• Provide training and system support to maintenance leads on planning, backlog management and budget control.
• Prepare performance dashboards, manage spare‑parts strategy, and ensure compliance with health, safety and energy‑saving requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or planner in a production environment with semi‑automatic machinery.
• Strong knowledge of industrial operations, KPIs, EEHS and 5S/3R practices.
