Loans Reporting - Assistant Supervisor

About the role

The Loans Reporting Assistant Supervisor supports the reporting function by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of loan‑related reports. This position provides guidance to junior staff and acts as a liaison between reporting teams and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly loan reports, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy.
• Review and validate reports generated by junior staff, correcting any data issues.
• Assign routine reporting tasks, monitor progress and offer coaching to junior reporting personnel.
• Coordinate with finance, operations and other departments to collect up‑to‑date information.
• Communicate any reporting discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure reporting processes comply with internal policies, standards and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation, templates and data records for all reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in reporting, data entry, administration or a similar role.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
