Key Account Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Specialist to coordinate daily B2C sales operations with our partner sales teams. The role focuses on monitoring performance, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external stakeholders in the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily B2C sales activities with partner sales teams.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue achievement, customer base, and churn.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales and performance reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Track operational issues and follow up for timely resolution.
• Support the achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, key account management, sales operations, or a related field.
• Strong reporting and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Sales‑oriented, target‑driven mindset with comfort working with numbers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with partner sales teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the telecom industry is mandatory.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, etc.).
