Junior HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Junior HR Executive to support our human resources team in a variety of functions. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, record keeping, training coordination, payroll support, employee engagement initiatives, and overall HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
• Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly followed.
• Assist in employee relations and grievance handling.

Required profile

• Any graduate or undergraduate degree.
• HR certificate or diploma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work in Hlaing Thar Yar Township.
• Willingness to adhere to confidentiality standards.
