Information Technology Account Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, driving revenue growth through the promotion of IT products, managed services, software licensing and hardware solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and align technology offerings to support their long‑term goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts and act as the face of the company.
• Identify operational gaps and propose appropriate IT solutions to achieve upsell and cross‑sell targets.
• Oversee contract lifecycles, including MSAs, SOWs and SLAs, ensuring timely renewals and protecting MRR.
• Develop tailored account roadmaps aligned with client technology refresh cycles.
• Deliver sales presentations to senior executives and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships.
• Coordinate sales visits, track deal status and report progress to senior staff.
• Achieve sales targets while motivating the team to meet shared goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a technology‑focused company.
• Proven track record as a sales executive with strong account management abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work under tight schedules.
