Homeroom Teacher

About the role

The Homeroom Teacher will create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for primary students. You will deliver high‑quality lessons, monitor progress and work closely with parents and colleagues to support each child’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Cambridge curriculum to meet diverse student needs.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for various learning styles and abilities.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to help students reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
• Assess student progress regularly and give constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development to stay updated with best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience, preferably in preschool or primary settings.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with the Cambridge curriculum (highly desirable).
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for working with children.
