Health Safety Environment Supervisor

About the role

The Health Safety Environment (HSE) Supervisor will support the HSE Manager in implementing company HSE policies and ensuring compliance with Myanmar occupational safety and health regulations. This onsite role involves monitoring daily activities, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HSE Manager in developing and enforcing internal HSE policies, objectives, and safety control measures.
• Monitor job execution to ensure compliance with all minimum HSE requirements, including SOPs, SWPs, toolbox meetings, and proper use of PPE.
• Report unsafe acts, near‑misses, incidents, and accidents to the Head of Department according to company procedures.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and participate in site planning and progress meetings, especially with subcontractors.
• Conduct safety inspections, verify safety equipment functionality, and deliver HSE site inductions and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• HSE diploma or certificate.
• At least 3 years of dedicated HSE supervision experience.
• Basic knowledge of Myanmar OSH laws and regulations.
