Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position in Yangon, responsible for overseeing the financial health of Super Seven Stars Group of Companies. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor financial policies, internal controls and ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements.
• Prepare management reports, analyse financial data and advise senior leadership on cost control, profitability and strategic investments.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, coordinate with operations and senior management, and drive process improvements for financial efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management for multi‑entity groups.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are a plus.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, trading or leasing industries is advantageous.

Required skills

• Financial reporting, management accounts and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations and compliance (Myanmar and international standards).
• Proficiency with ERP accounting software, advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
