Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our accounting team, oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes, and provide strategic financial analysis to support business planning.

Key responsibilities

• Direct monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial statement preparation.
• Assist the Finance Director in preparing operating and capital budgets and deliver financial data and analysis to department heads for planning and forecasting.
• Improve accounting processes, optimize accounting systems, and implement workflow automation to ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting.
• Lead the accounting team by delegating work, setting goals, providing technical guidance, and conducting performance reviews.
• Help build budgetary frameworks, create accounting manuals, and support special projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in real estate development.
• Fluent in English.
