Finance Executive

Key responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable activities: invoicing, receipt allocation, customer reconciliations, AR aging review, and collection follow‑up.
• Prepare and post journal vouchers accurately and timely, ensuring proper support and compliance with accounting policies.
• Maintain Fixed Asset records, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, transfers and periodic reconciliation with the General Ledger.
• Perform treasury and banking functions: daily cash‑flow monitoring, cash forecasting, bank transaction processing, account administration and KYC support.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing: account reconciliations, financial schedules, closing journals, bank revaluation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls; assist internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve accounting processes and monitor key financial metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy and internal controls.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, system enhancements and ad‑hoc projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in a financial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced skills in full‑set accounting and financial reporting systems.
• Ability to learn new challenges and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
