About the role

KINGS International School is seeking a dedicated Secondary ESL Teacher to join its full‑time faculty. The role involves planning and delivering engaging English lessons to meet diverse student needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective ESL lessons aligned with students’ proficiency levels.
• Assess language abilities, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Provide constructive feedback and adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, or administrators regarding student performance.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL teaching certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of second‑language acquisition principles and teaching methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication skills.
