Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to boost the online presence of our diverse product portfolio, including electric vehicles, agricultural machinery, lubricants, skin‑care and spare parts. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape and execute digital strategies that increase brand awareness and loyalty across Myanmar.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master monthly publishing calendar, ensuring all creative assets are scheduled and released on time.
• Plan, purchase and optimise media across Facebook, TikTok and Google, managing budgets and targeting specific audience segments to achieve the lowest cost‑per‑acquisition.
• Monitor engagement, conversion funnels and other performance metrics, delivering weekly reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content that aligns with brand objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (marketing preferred) with proven experience in digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience leading SEO, social‑media page management, content strategy, campaign management and media buying.
• Demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and design digital campaigns that engage and convert.
• Track record of managing social‑media channels for a reputable organisation.
