Customer Service Complaint Resolution Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Complaint Resolution Officer to join our international Customer Care team. You will be the primary point of contact for complex issues related to our Mobile and Aung Bar Lay services, ensuring swift and effective solutions while contributing to process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated customer issues for Mobile and Aung Bar Lay services.
• Meet and exceed departmental KPIs such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Marketing and other internal teams to facilitate rapid issue resolution.
• Identify recurring pain points and propose automated solutions or new system functions.
• Conduct end‑to‑end service testing (QA/UAT) before and after product rollouts.
• Travel to regional offices or operational sites as required to support local teams.

Required profile

• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar problem‑solving role, preferably in telecommunications or digital services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to suggest process improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge customer needs and technical departments.
• Willingness to travel domestically when needed.
