About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Relations Specialist who is fluent in Malay and proficient in English. You will join an international, fully remote team and act as the primary point of contact for our local clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and chat in a professional manner.
- Follow up on incoming and potential contacts to nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate client information and interaction history within our CRM system.
Required profile
- Fluent in Malay with good English proficiency.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, telemarketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
