Creative Supervisor

About the role

KNOX Marketing is seeking a Creative Supervisor to lead the visual development of multi‑channel campaigns. Based on‑site in Yangon, you will collaborate with strategists and designers to turn marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts that resonate across digital, print, OOH and POSM.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts, key visuals and multi‑channel content from marketing briefs.
• Create high‑impact assets for digital, print, out‑of‑home and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Prepare print‑ready, high‑resolution files that meet technical specifications.
• Explore modern design trends and leverage generative AI tools for concept ideation.
• Incorporate feedback, maintain organized source files, and ensure version control.
• Lead creative projects, guaranteeing quality, consistency and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant creative experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and creative thinking.
• Good communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior designers is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Canva.
• Familiarity with generative AI design tools.
