Content Coordinator (Digital and Campaigns)

About the role

The Content Coordinator (Digital and Campaigns) will support the TVET Skills Development project in Myanmar by leading the development and execution of its communications plan. Working under the Project Manager and Head of Programme (Child Poverty), the role focuses on digital channels, campaign messaging, and multimedia content to raise visibility and influence outcomes for children across Kachin, NSS, and Kayin.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital strategy for the TVET project across Facebook and Instagram.
• Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular collection and production of multimedia assets.
• Manage social media platforms, update them consistently, and monitor performance through analytics.
• Produce engaging graphics, videos, and written materials that align with project objectives.
• Provide regular project updates and field stories for social media distribution.
• Coordinate the production of multimedia outputs and support campaign communications.
• Stay informed on digital communication trends and apply relevant tools.

Required profile

• Experience in digital communications and social media management, preferably in development or humanitarian contexts.
• Ability to work closely with programme teams and the Program Information Management Unit.
• Willingness to travel up to 10 days per month and comply with Child Safeguarding Level 3 requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
