Card Product Manager

About the role

The Card Product Manager will support the Head of Card Product in managing the full lifecycle of KBZ Bank’s card portfolio, from strategic planning through launch and ongoing optimization. This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and IT to deliver high‑quality card products and features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Translate strategic plans into detailed product requirements, feature sets, and release roadmaps.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, optimization, and end‑of‑life.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day operational issues, process issuance, and branch inquiries.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to refine processes and enhance customer experience.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post‑release production testing on behalf of the card business team.
• Identify, isolate, and resolve technical issues, process gaps, and operational errors.
• Conduct regular product performance reviews ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Execute ad‑hoc initiatives and special projects assigned by the Head of Card Product.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of product or project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of debit, credit, and prepaid card products.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
