Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to design, launch and optimise integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, offline and on‑ground channels. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and IT to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Create and guide content such as ad copies, video scripts and promotional materials.
• Track performance using ROI, CPA, conversion rates and other key metrics.
• Optimise campaigns based on data insights and customer behaviour.
• Manage marketing budgets for cost efficiency and maximum impact.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to guarantee quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications (any graduate accepted).
• MBA or relevant professional certification in marketing/digital marketing is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand management.
• Strong background in digital marketing, social media management and campaign planning.
• Knowledge of media buying, content marketing and performance marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Leadership, team coordination and a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

What we offer

• Salary up to 18 Lakhs per year.
• Allowances for ferry transport, uniform, SIM card and phone bill.
• Standard working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday with alternate Saturdays.
• Paid holidays including Sundays and public holidays.
