Warehouse Manager

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Manager role based in Yangon. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching pharmaceutical and healthcare products in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Organise stock locations and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Supervise warehouse staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and optimise workflow processes.
• Review performance metrics regularly, resolve operational issues, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of material‑handling equipment, including forklifts.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑supervision abilities with effective communication skills.
• Experience in warehouse management within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site in Yangon, manage shifting priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards applicable to pharmaceutical warehousing.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (preferred).
