About the role

The Township Manager/Assistant Township Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Myanmar, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations within an assigned township. The position involves leading township‑level teams, ensuring smooth fiber network operations, and meeting performance targets. It also requires coordination with internal departments to maintain service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall operations and performance of the assigned township.
• Lead and manage all township‑level teams, including Installation, Maintenance and Field Operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient Fiber Network operations within the assigned township.
• Monitor network performance, service quality, installation progress, and fault resolution.
• Manage township manpower, daily activities, resources, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth township operations.
• Handle and resolve operational issues and escalated cases within the township.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are properly implemented within the township.
