Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support & Product Specialist to act as the bridge between Dahua’s innovative products and our channel customers. You will introduce new product features, provide expert technical guidance, support project execution, and deliver training to enhance customers’ technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce new product features to channel customers and assist with product selection and configuration.
• Provide timely technical support to resolve customer issues and conduct training for channel customers’ technical staff.
• Gather and consolidate customer feedback and product demands for the product department.
• Support sales by tracking project progress, assessing risks, and proposing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Dahua’s technology and brand concepts.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
• Experience in networking, communications, computer systems, or related fields.
• Prior experience with CCTV systems, camera and DVR/NVR setup is highly preferred.
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related technical fields.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with network diagnostic tools such as Sniffer and NCOM.
• Knowledge of router, switch, and IP configuration.
• Experience with CCTV camera setup and DVR/NVR configuration.
