Technical Sales Account Manager

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets through new business development and key account management.
• Manage and develop relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and vendors.
• Lead and support the Account Executive team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Coordinate with Presales, Solutions, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth sales and project execution.
• Handle proposals, quotations, tenders, and sales‑related documentation.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of strong experience in technical/solution sales, preferably in IT, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or SI environment.
• Proven experience in B2B/enterprise sales and key account management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in leading or supervising Account Executives is preferred.
• Good understanding of IT solutions and ability to communicate with both customers and technical teams.
