Technical Product Manager - ERP

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of BOSS, our integrated ERP platform for small‑ and medium‑size enterprises. The role bridges business operations and development teams, turning complex workflow requirements into clear product specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse functional requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Design end‑to‑end workflows for POS, inventory, purchasing, production, accounting and reporting modules.
• Write detailed user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, balancing customer impact, technical dependencies and business goals.
• Prepare backlog for sprints, conduct refinement sessions and ensure development readiness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, customer service and implementation teams.
• Support engineering during sprints by clarifying functional and technical details.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing, validate releases and coordinate product roll‑outs.
• Create internal training materials, user guides and release notes.
• Collect feedback, turn recurring issues into scalable product features.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in product, system or business analysis within software projects.
• Proven ability to work in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong technical writing skills for user stories and documentation.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, database concepts, third‑party integrations and authentication mechanisms.
• Domain knowledge of ERP, POS, inventory or accounting systems is highly preferred.
• Professional proficiency in Burmese and English.
