Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to join our People & Culture team. The role will manage the full recruitment life‑cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a top‑class candidate experience for U9.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs across the organization and work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment with headcount plans.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, sourcing plans and hiring forecasts.
• Create and post job descriptions and advertisements in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Conduct screening, interview coordination, selection processes and advise managers on hiring decisions.
• Facilitate offer negotiations, reference checks, contract preparation and onboarding.
• Supervise TA Specialist and TA Executive to meet hiring timelines.
• Manage employer branding initiatives, promote U9’s employee value proposition on digital channels and at job fairs.
• Build relationships with universities, alumni groups and professional associations to attract talent.
• Prepare recruitment reports, monitor compliance with HR policies and stay updated on employment legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a senior or specialist capacity.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Knowledge of employer branding and talent market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
