Sustainability Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Sustainability Executive to drive Yoma Group’s sustainability and ESG initiatives across its diverse businesses. The role will partner with internal teams to coordinate projects, manage ESG data, and champion sustainable practices throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of group‑wide sustainability and ESG programmes.
• Collect, analyse, consolidate and maintain ESG data from business units.
• Prepare sustainability reports, dashboards, presentations and management updates.
• Monitor key ESG indicators such as energy use, greenhouse‑gas emissions, community impact and customer privacy.
• Coordinate sustainability campaigns, employee‑engagement activities and environmental projects.
• Research emerging ESG trends and identify relevant opportunities.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and sustainability organisations.
• Maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement of sustainability processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, CSR, environmental management or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of ESG and environmental sustainability principles.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and passionate about creating positive environmental and social impact.
