Solar Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Solar Design Engineer to prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings, support daily design and sales activities, and ensure smooth project execution for our solar solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and modify AutoCAD drawings and provide technical support when required.
• Support and carry out daily design, sales, and operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage sales‑related documents, including certificates, test reports, contracts, product information, and other supporting materials for customer presentations and project requirements.
• Maintain proper records of customer accounts and monitor outstanding payments to ensure timely collection and compliance before processing subsequent orders.
• Manage sales administration and coordination activities for JP Solar Solutions, including handling correspondence, reviewing documentation, and monitoring project sites.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve technical and commercial issues and support business development opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in project or sales support.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Able to travel to project sites and work independently while interacting with people at all levels.
