Software Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Service Specialist to join our fast‑growing team in Yangon. You will help our customers get the most out of our suite of software products, including restaurant, shop, spa, and clinic management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users both online and on‑site, resolving issues efficiently.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure customers can use the software confidently.
• Deliver live software demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with developers to report bugs and assist in testing phases.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support cases and training materials.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small, collaborative team.
