Site Security Manager

About the role

The Site Security Manager will coordinate and monitor security implementation at the client site, reporting to the EXERA Operation Cell and the Head of Office in Yangon. The role ensures daily order, compliance with security procedures, and serves as the primary liaison between the client and EXERA.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a monthly guarding schedule on a weekly basis.
• Supervise guard commanders, oversee guard postings, and ensure punctuality and conduct.
• Enforce compliance with EXERA’s Universal Guard Orders and suggest amendments to the SSMP.
• Monitor daily rule application on both sites and conduct control checks and rehearsals.
• Coach and train guards and commanders to continuously improve security levels.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and accurate logbooks (Visitors, Events, Discipline).
• Manage personnel, recommend disciplinary actions, and submit yearly performance evaluations.
• Act as the routine communication contact between the client and EXERA, providing feedback and handling reputation matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with demonstrated management and leadership abilities.
• Prior experience in security management; security‑related knowledge or ex‑army background is an asset.
• Strong English proficiency (oral and written) and fluent Myanmar language skills.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure in a changing environment.

Required skills

• Medium‑advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
