About the role
We are looking for a responsible Site Engineer to supervise construction work and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workers.
- Check construction work, materials, and quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and management.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain site records.
- Ensure safety rules and project plans are followed.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience as a Site Engineer is preferred.
- Willing to stay at the site hostel in Hmawbi/Taikkyi.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
