About the role

Yoma Land is seeking a Site Engineer to lead the planning and execution of civil engineering and building projects across its portfolio. The role involves overseeing infrastructure, drainage, foundation, and all civil & structural works to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

Plan, design, and manage day‑to‑day construction activities for assigned projects.
Liaise with subcontractors and consultants to coordinate the execution of works.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery according to the established schedule.
Maintain accurate project records, prepare regular reports, and submit documentation as required.
Attend site meetings and independently resolve technical and operational issues.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil).
3–5 years of experience in site engineering or related civil construction roles.
Proven ability to manage infrastructure, drainage, and foundation works.

Required skills

Proficiency in engineering drawing using AutoCAD.
