Senior System Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior System Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in both hardware and software implementation, with a focus on enterprise infrastructure and high‑availability solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure (hardware and software).
• Deploy and manage high‑availability (HA) clusters using Red Hat technologies.
• Configure and optimize Pacemaker‑based HA solutions for critical services.
• Automate system deployment, configuration, and operations using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and similar platforms.
• Perform Linux system administration, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
• Produce clear and professional technical documentation for implemented systems.
• Prepare regular reports on system status, project progress, and operational activities.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver production‑ready solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in hardware and system implementation.
• Solid experience with Linux administration, configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
• Solid experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Pacemaker HA clustering.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of virtualization, storage, and networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently and handle project‑based deliverables.
• Preferred: Experience in enterprise environments and mission‑critical systems.
• Knowledge of container platforms and cloud infrastructure is a plus.
