Senior Specialist, Recruitment (Partnership Distribution)

About the role

Join the Partnership Distribution team at Manulife Myanmar and lead the attraction, engagement, and hiring of high‑performing Bancassurance Consultants. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives, strengthen talent pipelines, and directly contribute to business growth and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies using diversified sourcing channels to attract top Bancassurance talent.
• Manage recruitment platforms, including the Manulife Myanmar Careers Portal, job boards, agencies, and partnership networks to ensure a high‑quality candidate pipeline.
• Lead recruitment marketing campaigns, such as quarterly recruitment drives, PD Recruitment Days, and social‑media outreach.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position Manulife Myanmar as an employer of choice in insurance and financial services.
• Showcase employee success stories and MDRT qualifiers through internal and external communications to enhance the employer value proposition.
• Design and coordinate an integrated onboarding journey with Training and Business Development teams for seamless new‑hire transitions.
• Establish and manage employee referral programs and incentive schemes to leverage internal networks for quality hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR function.
• Proven experience managing recruitment platforms, job boards, agencies, and talent sourcing partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute recruitment campaigns and onboarding programs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
