Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Verve Visions is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead revenue growth and expand its client portfolio in Yangon. This full‑time, hybrid position will manage the complete sales cycle for brands looking for PR and marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare compelling proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Close deals and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to tailor solutions and ensure smooth handover to delivery.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, track performance, and report on sales metrics.
• Represent Verve Visions at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
• Contribute to sales strategy, identify new market opportunities, and provide feedback on service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within PR, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of client brand strategies and ability to translate needs into proposals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment with strong time‑management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience and network in the Yangon market are highly beneficial.
