Senior Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Brand

About the role

Sun Pharma is seeking a Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead product marketing initiatives for its pharmaceutical portfolio in Yangon. You will shape brand strategies, drive market growth, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained performance.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to annual therapy and brand planning, including campaign development and communication execution.
• Prepare monthly promotion programs, define guidelines, and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
• Provide product training, strategy briefings, and tactical guidance to sales teams.
• Collect field insights, identify market opportunities, and develop local strategy proposals based on customer intelligence.
• Analyze market research, sales trends, internal sales data, and import data to support business decisions.
• Identify potential new products within the assigned therapy area.
• Support brand and promotional budget planning, monitoring, and utilization.

Required profile

• B.Pharm / B.NSc or equivalent qualification; MBA in Marketing or related degree is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and relevant therapy areas.
• Experience in brand planning, promotional strategy, and campaign execution.
• Ability to interpret market analysis, sales trends, and data.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
