Senior Partnership Manager

About the role

The Senior Partnership Manager will lead Pocket’s partnership strategy, driving growth through new merchant and business collaborations while managing key relationships that support revenue and ecosystem expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Pocket’s partnership strategy aligned with business objectives, targeting high‑potential industries, merchants and strategic partners.
• Lead end‑to‑end business development cycles, from outreach and proposal creation to negotiation of commercial terms and contract closure.
• Manage key accounts, maintaining strong relationships, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and resolving escalations.
• Oversee partner onboarding and launch readiness, coordinating with product, operations, marketing, finance and technology teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior partnership staff, delegating tasks, reviewing progress and fostering a high‑performance team culture.
• Track partnership performance, pipeline health and revenue contribution, producing regular forecasts and market analysis to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, key‑account management or commercial roles, preferably within fintech, loyalty, digital platforms, payments or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor market trends and partner performance.
