Senior Officer – Product Development

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Officer to drive product development initiatives within our banking division. The role involves gathering user requirements, coordinating with IT, and ensuring successful delivery of new digital banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather user requirements from business units and stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), workflow diagrams, gap analyses, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure clear understanding of system development needs.
- Track User Acceptance Testing (UAT) issues and verify that requirements are met.
- Support process improvement and document product policies.
- Prepare product presentations and provide updates to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a banking product role.
- Strong documentation and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with digital banking projects is preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving, report writing, and organizational skills.
