About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive (Assistant Manager) will support the growth of retail banking and digital payment products through data‑driven digital marketing initiatives. This role bridges the gap between product teams, branch networks, and external agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns for banking products.
• Manage digital content across social media, website, and online platforms to strengthen brand presence.
• Coordinate with integrated marketing agencies to ensure timely, high‑quality digital execution.
• Collaborate with branch teams, merchant partners, and internal departments for seamless implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Provide basic customer service support via social media message replies and comment moderation.
• Support on‑ground and digital activations for product launches, merchant promotions, and customer acquisition programs.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience; experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and generate insights.
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders, branches, merchant partners, and external agencies.
