Senior Manager, Supply Chain Business Partnering

About the role

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Business Partnering acts as the primary link between business units, commercial teams, finance, customers, distributors and supply chain operations, translating growth objectives into actionable supply chain strategies for the Myanmar market.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for supply chain matters for assigned business units and key customers.
• Translate business plans into supply chain actions, supporting new product launches and customer initiatives.
• Provide SCM recommendations to improve service, cost and inventory performance.
• Support business development activities, including pitches, RFQs, tenders and client onboarding from an SCM perspective.
• Prepare and present SCM data, assumptions, risks and cost‑to‑serve inputs for customer meetings.
• Coordinate regular SCM reporting and perform ad‑hoc analysis to drive actions.
• Lead customer analytics on delivery time, quality, cost, inventory and service level.
• Support market S&OP/IBP processes, linking commercial plans with supply, inventory and capacity constraints.
• Co‑own local BU service and cost performance, driving improvement roadmaps with finance and operations.
• Identify and implement cost‑to‑serve and profitability improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end FMCG supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation and customer service.
• Knowledge of Myanmar distribution networks and route‑to‑market models.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to evaluate service, cost and profitability impacts.
• Experience in S&OP, forecast management and inventory optimisation.
• Understanding of logistics cost structures and cost‑to‑serve analysis.
• 6‑10 years of relevant supply chain, logistics or planning experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience working with distributors and customers in the Myanmar market.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capability, preferably in an MNC or matrix environment.
