Senior HR Recruitment Specialist

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers and the TA Team on candidate progress, interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions.
- Arrange interviews, communicate with candidates, and handle pre‑employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and regular vacancy status reports.
- Follow up on pending recruitment actions and ensure vacancies progress within required timelines.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with strong recruitment coordination experience.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Word.
