Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

BEYOND 360 is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high‑quality visual designs across branding, advertising, digital, social media, print, and events. The role blends creative thinking with independent judgment to turn concepts and art direction into effective visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative visual designs for branding, integrated campaigns, social media, digital platforms, print materials, and events.
• Translate briefs and art direction into engaging visual executions, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Produce key visuals, layouts, typography, illustrations, and other design assets.
• Prepare production‑ready files for digital, print, and event applications.
• Guide junior designers, provide feedback, and maintain high design quality.
• Collaborate with copywriters, planners, art directors, and creative managers.
• Explore new design trends, tools, and AI‑assisted workflows to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing, advertising or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, creative thinking, and execution quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
