Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual creation of marketing campaigns, digital content, and event experiences. The role combines graphic, motion, and basic 3D design to deliver cohesive brand communication across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality visual concepts for marketing, social media, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, and other corporate assets.
• Create designs for outdoor and large‑format media such as billboards, signage, backdrops, and standees, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, and production specifications.
• Produce motion graphics and simple animated videos for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and events.
• Define visual direction for company events, planning layouts for stages, LED screens, registration areas, photo zones, booths, and signage.
• Use Blender or similar 3D software to generate basic visualizations and mock‑ups for event spaces, booths, and interior displays.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Student Affairs, Academic, Marketing, and Content teams to translate campaign strategies into effective visual assets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic, motion, and large‑format design.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage design projects from concept through production.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Basic knowledge of 3D visualization tools to create simple spatial concepts.

Required skills

• Blender (or similar 3D software) for basic visualizations.
