Senior Digital Platform Lead

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a digital platform team, including workload planning, task allocation, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Manage operational stability, system availability, SLA performance, and production support for digital channels.
• Oversee mobile banking platforms, backend services, API integrations, payment systems, authentication mechanisms, and monitoring tools.
• Handle incidents, root cause analysis, issue resolution, escalation management, and preventive actions.
• Review technical solutions, business requirements, security impacts, testing scope, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate release management, system enhancements, upgrades, vendor support, and change activities.
• Ensure quality testing across functional, integration, regression, performance, and security areas.
• Maintain governance standards, operational documentation, audit records, and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking technology, digital banking, payment applications, or technology delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of mobile banking architecture, APIs, middleware, transaction processing, system monitoring, and release management.
• Experience managing incidents, SLAs, vendors, service delivery, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional certifications in ITIL, Project Management, Digital Banking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Payments are a plus.
