Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimise lead‑generation campaigns across multiple paid channels. You will work closely with Sales, Content and Design teams to drive qualified leads and support pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Control campaign budgets, targeting, creative assets and ongoing performance optimisation.
• Generate qualified leads, track CPL, meetings and conversion metrics.
• Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences, landing pages and offers.
• Analyse performance data, produce weekly and monthly reports and act on insights.
• Support junior marketers and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Proven track record in B2B lead‑generation, preferably SaaS or technology.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimise campaigns independently.
• Excellent communication, planning and coordination skills.
